<p>Ladies, would you agree that there&#8217;s nothing better than  slipping on your favorite pair of jeans and looking great in them?&nbsp; Women love to show off their legs (and  curves) in shorts and on the beach in their swimsuits.&nbsp; Exercises for a flat butt, a good cardio  routine and a healthy diet are the keys to your success.&nbsp; </p>
<p>A varied and challenging cardio routine will help you reduce  body fat in your lower body.&nbsp; Try kickboxing, step aerobics, walking on a steep incline, using an elliptical  machine, spinning or running in soft beach sand for at least 45 minutes &ndash; for  beginners reduce the time to 20 mins and walk rather than run in the beach  sand. You can gradually increase your time, intensity and activity as your  fitness increases.&nbsp; </p>

Another expert says that if you can&#8217;t get to the gym, weights must be used at home to achieve great results.</p>
<p>Commercials showing beautiful women effortlessly losing weight in a short amount of time by taking a pill or a certain vitamin are causing real women to throw their hands up and think they just can&#8217;t achieve the results they desire.  This of course leads to low self-esteem and a lack of desire to make real changes to their body.</p>

<p>10 GREAT BUTT EXERCISES!<br />

<p>Do you dread the summer months knowing that you are going to have to, sooner or later, bare your butt and thighs in those new shorts or the new swimwear you&#8217;ve just purchased?</p>
<p>Well if your rear needs some lifting, toning and re-shaping then the following exercises maybe just the answer you&#8217;re looking for&#8230; (also check out total leg, butt, inner and outer thigh makeover)</p>
<p>a. Walking Lunge</p>
<p>Stand with your feet together. Keep your chest out and your midsection firm, do not arch your back. Place your hands on your hips or by your sides. Step forward with a large step. Bend both your knees. Your front shin should remain in a straight line with your ankle. Your back knee should be nearly touching the floor. As you are pushing up, and at the top of your lunge movement, lunge forward with the other leg repeating the same movement. Continue with this sequence, alternating from one leg to the other until you have finished the required amount of reps.</p>
<p>b. Plie` Squat</p>
<p>Stand with your legs wide apart - (wider than shoulder width apart). Have your toes pointed outwards. Keep your chest out, your midsection firm and head facing frontwards. Hold a dumbbell at arms length in front of you (dumbbell should be in front of your pelvis) the other end of the dumbbell should be facing the floor. Ensure<br />
your back is straight and don&#8217;t lean too far forward. (Keep the weights light to start with) Now bending your knees squat leaning into your heels then push yourself back up again squeezing your butt and inner thighs. Make sure you don&#8217;t lift your toes up off the floor.</p>
