My last article of Make Diets Work decided that a old way of diet does not work the same (eat less calories). Diet Shock slow metabolism and in final analysis weight seize again are inevitable consequences of dieting to lose weight.

How exercises can help you to become thin.

There are two methods which can bring exercises over to the weight loss. First method is simple thermodynamics and the second method is metabolism.

1. Thermodynamics and weight loss.

The weight loss takes place when amount of energy, you consume (calories) less than amount of energy you use or “burned”. You can attain this state of urgent negative power balance and is the real deficit of energy eating up less calories doing more exercises or both.

Let us consider simple example of the use and realization as the unique creation of negative power balance that will result in the weight loss.

Before realization

Energies in (consumable calories) = 3000

Energy out (calories or burned) = 2700

In all Energy = 300 additional calories, that will you be kept as fat

After starting there is the training program…

Energy in = 3000

Energy from = 3100

Total energy = -100, to use the accumulated energy to fill in the deficit of calories 100

Working daily, doing exercises you will create a power deficit in 100 calories that your body will be correct by the stocked energy. It results to the weight loss. There are not fantasy diets, without additional expenses without a shock diet and weight to recover simply weight loss by moving of body in some successive appearance named exercise.

Historically this option gives large sense also. Your superfluous weight is additional energy collected for the past years. So why not do that, which is direct delivered from additional energy to hold you surplus weight? That exercise does. They burn additional energy you physically working muscle.

Weight loss diet it is roundabout attempt to burn additional energy as fat.

2. Metabolic Weight loss

As often you will do exercises the often you use muscles. As often you use muscles the often metabolic activity of muscles becomes. It means that even in a state of rest, you will burn more calories and defend yourself from added in weight, above all things.

The best exercise

Read upwards on the chart of teaching. For this purpose used as aerobic and anaerobic exercises are in one program. I wrote about it two years back, and you can read part my article on Circuit Training.

I use resistance bands in place of scales for anaerobic section. They are simple in the use and if it is done properly at tension can result to in toned muscles quickly. Toned muscles are meant by rapid metabolic rates and the best protecting from weight of known to the man.

Conclusion

Stop diet and begin to move! It is the best method to become thin and save it. Diet shock renewal of weight and Yo-yo diet not your anxiety, if to carry out exercises, to become thin.
