Those who appear before us on stage and screen seem to maintain their good looks with no effort, but like anything else worth having or keeping, picture perfect appearance requires work.

Except for a few people, the rest of us have a hard time with it. Diets and exercise are very important to the lifestyle of a famous celebrity.
Togetherwith a healthful way of life composed of a good diet and exercise, the majority of celebs use slimming tablets to extend their results, and keep the weight off.

To get contracts, celebrities must look good or they’ll quickly be out of the public spotlight- So it goes in Hollywood.

For example Claudia Schiffer is not on a diet, despite having tried many, she says that they mess around with her metabolic rate and she has tried nothing better than just sticking to 3 square meals daily. Stick to foods high in nutritional value such as fruits and veggies and forget about snacks. Occasionally, though, she can’t resist the urge and indulges in a small amount of off-limits food, like chocolate. It’s important, however, to stay in control and don’t eat an entire container of the sweet stuff.

When using Geri Halliwell’s eating plan it is important to remember that your three meals each day have to have a lot of vegetables and fruits. Geri started eating, as she put it, sensibly, after years of gruelling exercise plans and curious diets. She is joining the increasing trend of celebrities that would prefer to have an attractive set of curves to display instead of a thin figure – So there is nothing wrong with a little plumpness here and there, which means that she doesn’t have to be worried about the entire dieting issue.

This idea was great for Claire Sweeney, who made the decision to opt for the Weight Watchers diet purely because it allowed her to eat what she wanted, foods which other diets ruled out. After many failed attempts at dieting–including the Atkins Diet which caused a kidney infection–she tried tried Weight Watchers, which worked so well, that she remains in the program.

Until she was recently pregnant, Gwyneth Paltrow was on a macrobiotic diet, excluding all foods containing meat, dairy, eggs and caffeine. After having Apple, Gwyneth resumed her personal diet, though is not as stringent as she was prior to giving birth. She still steers clear of draining foods with a high fat content, though a more relaxed approach is helping her to look more healthy.

The celebrities are also finding that they no longer have to resort to acute diets – Now with the help of effective, and typically natural fat burners they can stay in shape, and still live their lives usually. It appears that a thin figure is gradually losing popularity following the excesses of the ’90s – Many more celebrities are keeping a wholesome balance between what they crave and their image is better than restricting themselves from enjoyment to reach an unattainable level of beauty.
