There are two primary types of cardio workouts: The most popular is called “Aerobic” which is a workout that keeps you’re heart rate elevated at about the same level through the entire workout. I always recommend people choosing workouts that they think are fun, so if you don’t like dancy choreography I wouldn’t try Cardio Hip Hop, but you might be better suited for Spinning or Cardio Kickboxing. ~ The best advice I have ever heard about how to select an exercise routine is to choose activities you like and simply do them more often and with more intensity.) Now evaluate your fitness level and figure out how much time you have to complete your workout. And don’t forget to talk to your doctor before starting your new exercise routine to make sure the workout you choose is ok for you.

Now you get to choose your workout. Maybe Cardio Hip Hop if you like a challenging dance workout that will teach you a few new moves while you burn the fat? Or if like a workout with an edge that uses interval or circuit training to burn fat, Tai Bo (Kickboxing) would be a great workout for you or maybe a workout that utilizes calisthenics in intervals with weights. Or if you prefer reading or watching TV while working out, did you know you could burn between 500-700 calories in one hour on an elliptical trainer? That means, if you change nothing else and do the Elliptical every day for 30 minutes you could loose 3 or 4 pounds in a month and that’s without dieting!

You can loose weight without dieting! By working out just 30 minutes a day, you can loose almost 50 pounds in one year¦and you can stop dieting, how great is that? Besides loosing weight, there are literally dozens of benefits to doing cardiovascular workout videos such as reduced stress, a naturally more positive outlook on life and sleeping better too.
